Scope Of Project  

3 vessel 16HL Brew house manufactured and installed as a turn key system. 

Double batch liquor tanks with pump skid and pre cooler. 

Complete pipe work installation 

Grain handling equipment. 

5 Uni tanks, 1 packaging tank glycol chiller with logic cool control.

Logic clean 2 station keg washer 

Mobile pumps and two tank CIP System 

Full pipe work installation including C02, filtered and un filtered water mains.

 Plant Configuration  

We have recently added the Logic Brew 16HL to our extensive brew house range, This brew house has been designed with master brewer Hugo Anderson with the intension to provide a comprehensive system to suite the demands of the uk craft beer market, with this in mind We have successfully commissioned a highly efficient brew plant capable of producing high quality wort repeatably.

  • Wort Kettle - electrically heated

  • Whirlpool Tank 

  • full stainless steel platform incorporating Pipe work and instrumentation  

  • Full data logging of brew days to allow analysis of every brew 

  • Automatic liquor dosing and recirculation

Pureweld are one of a handful of remaining companies that build brew houses and vessels in the UK.

Efficient and energy saving  

Together with Hugo we was able to create a customised whirlpool floor that maximised the final yield whilst achieving perfect wort separation. 

Cold water flush incorporated into the Cip loop to allow for hassle free cold rinsing instead of wasting hot water where not required. 

Pre cooler fitted to cold liquor tank achieving 5 degrees on tank entry reducing load on glycol chiller.
